This stone lithography print would have been the centerpiece of the home it came from. A vibrant, detailed commemorative marriage certificate from an 1887 wedding in Wisconsin, this piece is printed in German and celebrated a wonderful marriage ceremony. In it's original, ornate frame, which is a work of art in it's own right!
Frame is wood backed and shows the wear associated with it's age. It has been left in it's original state to allow the purchaser to make the final decision whether to replace the wood backing and conserve the piece.
